Premium quality quartz slab, beige color,with small mirror. Made of natural quartz, resin and color, and add small mirror. Polished finish, anti stain, anti scratch, best material for kitchen countertops, worktops, etc.
Production process: quartz, resin and other materials mixed together, then layout evenly in a slab mould. Then compressed under vacuum, all the materials are compressed together with no air bubble or cracks. After that, the slab is sent to oven and consolidates under 105℃. The next process is to get the temperature down to environment temperature inside the cooling system. After cooling, the slab will be polished by machines to make the surface even, smooth, and shiny. Polished slabs will be inspected meticulously by QC. And finally covered by a plastic film, the slab is sent to warehouse and ready for loading and shipping.
